J. Cole and Dreamville Announce Return of Dreamville Festival to North Carolina


Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum, North Carolina-raised hip-hop artist J. Cole is proud to announce that the Dreamville Festival will return next spring while spanning two days on Saturdays. April 2 and Sunday, April 3, 2022. Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 1 at 10 a.m.ET at www.DreamvilleFest.com.

As one of the nation’s most popular and prominent artist-run music festivals, fans can look forward to a celebratory weekend hosted by Cole himself where he invites some of his performers. and collaborators preferred to perform in his home state, North Carolina. Stay tuned as the 2022 music lineup will be unveiled soon.

The festival will bring together local residents and travelers from around the world to come together and enjoy incredible musical performances in Dorothea Dix Historic Park, the largest park in the city of Raleigh. Growing up in the nearby town of Fayetteville, Cole and his Dreamville team once again hope to shine a light on the special place that helped make him the successful and creative artist he is today.

Originally co-founded and hosted by J. Cole, the festival’s inaugural event in April 2019 hosted a massive celebration of local culture, music, food and art while welcoming over 40,000 guests from around the world at the sold-out event, including attendees from all 50 states and over 10 international countries.

Notable performances included a headlining performance by Cole plus SZA, Big Sean, 21 Savage, 6LACK, Nelly, Teyana Taylor, Rapsody and Mez, in addition to the entire Dreamville Records roster including JID, Ari Lennox, EarthGang, Bas, Cozz, Lute, and Omen.

Founded by 2007 Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum hip-hop artist J. Cole, the organization is home to Dreamville Records, a critically acclaimed and commercially successful record label distributed in partnership with Interscope Records. . Dreamville Records is currently home to a variety of established and emerging musical artists including JID, Ari Lennox, Bas, EarthGang, Cozz, Lute and Omen.
