GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Breakaway Music Festival is set to return to Grand Rapids.
The Chainsmokers, Oliver Tree and DJ Snake are among the headliners performing at the festival to be held at Belknap Park in Grand Rapids on August 18-19.
Two Friends, Jai Wolf, Yung Gravy, Sidepiece, Joel Corry, Rossy, Ekali, Gashi, Justus Bennetts, Ship Wrek, and Drummxnd complements the event’s performers who traditionally mix hip-hop, EDM and pop music.
Promoters of Breakaway say they are working closely with local partners and officials to ensure a quality festival experience fans have come to expect while implementing enhanced health and safety protocols.

In addition to the music, Breakaway will feature a silent disco, roller skating rink, rides, local art and more to “take its unique and all-encompassing music experience to a whole new level.”
Two-day passes for Breakaway Grand Rapids go on sale Wednesday and start at $104. Day passes will go on sale later.
Festivals are also planned in Columbus (August 26-27), Charlotte (September 30-October 1) and California (October 14-15).
